Annual Customer Service Survey

Greetings William Dandy Middle School Faculty and Staff,

As part of our ongoing commitment to maintaining a safe and responsive school environment, we are administering the Annual Customer Service Survey for teachers, parents, and students.

QR codes for survey access will be posted throughout the campus. Please ensure the following actions are completed by Friday April 24, 2026:

  • Students: Provide all students with an opportunity to complete the survey during class time. This may be done in your classrooms during an appropriate instructional window.

  • Faculty & Staff: All teachers and staff members are required to complete the survey as well.

Our goal is 100% participation from faculty/ staff, and students.  Your support in facilitating this process is essential to gathering meaningful feedback that helps us improve our practices and ensure the safety of our school community.

Thank you in advance for your cooperation and commitment to improving our school and community.
